The house

The house, room by room

Open-plan kitchen and living room onto the terrace, 2 ground-floor bedrooms, games room under the roof beams with infrared sauna. Tour the house room by room.

An 1829 farmhouse on two levels

Over 220 m², the house has kept its timber frame, its stone and the volume of a Vosges farmhouse. Inside, everything was redesigned between 2017 and 2021: light walls, large openings, underfloor heating on the ground floor.

The ground floor brings together the shared living space and two bedrooms. Upstairs are three bedrooms, the bathroom and the games room under the roof beams.

Upstairs: Lynx, Grand Tétras and Chamois bedrooms, bathroom with bathtub, separate toilet, games room. A gate protects the staircase.

The kitchen and living room

One large room, opening onto the covered terrace. The kitchen is equipped for ten: 4-zone induction hob, fan oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, filter and bean-to-cup coffee machines, raclette and fondue sets.

In the living area, sofas and the television. The floor is heated and the table is big enough to bring everyone together.

Under the roof beams: the games room

This was the hayloft. Today, under the beams, you will find a light-wood infrared sauna with its LED starry sky, a home cinema, a smart TV with Netflix, table football, a dartboard and a table for board games.

In one of the beams, a shell fragment is still visible. It dates from the fighting of the Liberation.

The laundry room

Two washing machines and a tumble dryer, handy after a day of rain or mountain biking.

Outside

A large terrace covered by a pergola, facing the valley, with garden furniture, sun loungers and a barbecue. On the grounds: pétanque court, mölkky, volleyball and table tennis.

The terrace is child-safe. A stream and a wetland run through the property: they are part of the charm of the place, but children must always be accompanied by an adult there.

Large private car park with 10 spaces, access suitable for people with reduced mobility. A locked, secure wood-clad shelter houses bikes in summer and skis in winter.
